Smoked Whole Beef Shoulder Clod on the Weber SmokeFire 2nd Generation
I have been wanting to cook one of these beasts for a long time! Ever since I saw my friend Gregg Mrvich from Ballistic BBQ cook one several years ago on his channel (https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Ballistic+bbq+shoulder+clod)! These are hard to find unless you order one from your butcher, but I found one at a Costco Business center in Orlando, so I grabbed it! Cooked like a brisket, this can be a much better option for things like pulled beef as it is part of the check section! The Weber SmokeFire was up to the challenge for sure and this turned out Fantastic!
